PLAĆANJE I DOSTAVA

Kupac se obvezuje naručene proizvode s troškovima dostave platiti prodavatelju, trgovačkom društvu Square Medium d.o.o. jednim od sljedećih načina plaćanja:

Pouzećem – u gotovini (vrijedi samo za područje RH)
Virmanski – općom uplatnicom ili Internet bankarstvom
Mastercard®, Visa ili Maestro® jednokratno
Kupoprodajni ugovor je sklopljen u trenutku primitka plaćanja.

Plaćate li gotovinom, svoju ćete narudžbu platiti točnim iznosom i u gotovini djelatniku kurirske službe prilikom preuzimanja robe. Kurir nudi plaćanje pouzećem kao dodatnu uslugu te se usluga dodatno i naplaćuje.

Plaćate li virmanski, nakon kreiranja Vaše narudžbe, na Vaš mail stići će svi potrebni podaci za ispunjavanje naloga za prijenos (opće uplatnice). Vaša narudžba rezervira artikle i količinu. U poziv na broj svakako upišite broj narudžbe koji ste dobili mailom sa potvrdom narudžbe. Taj broj služi za brže povezivanje vaše uplate sa narudžbom. Uobičajeno vrijeme za potvrdu transakcija između banaka je maksimalno dva radna dana. www.kava.family čuva rezervaciju 3 dana. Roba se isporučuje nakon što je iznos uplaćen na račun Square Medium d.o.o..

Uvozne carine, troškovi carinjenja, porezi i naknade nisu uključeni u cijenu artikla ili troškove otpreme. Navedeni troškovi su odgovornost kupca. Prije kupnje molimo provjerite s carinskim uredom koji su dodatni troškovi.

DOSTAVA


Standardna dostava u Hrvatskoj vrši se GLS kurirskom dostavom od ponedjeljka do petka. Dostava je besplatna za narudžbe iznad 100EUR/753,45HRK. Cijena standardne praćene dostave je 6EUR/45,21HRK i uključuje PDV.

Međunarodna standardna dostava vrši se GLS kurirskom dostavom od ponedjeljka do petka. Dostava je besplatna za narudžbe iznad 1000kn. Cijena standardne praćene dostave ovisi o lokaciji i računa se prilikom blagajne.

U pravilu se zaprimljene narudžbe obrađuju slijedeći radni dan (od ponedjeljka do petka) i kupcu (primatelju pošiljke) šalju u roku 24 sata. Izuzetak su akcijski i sezonski periodi kada zbog povećanog broja narudžbi priprema pošiljki može iznimno potrajati duže od 24 sata.

Tranzitna vremena s GLS-om:

Hrvatska, Mađarska, Slovenija od 1 do 3 radna dana.

Austrija, Češka, Njemačka, Poljska, Rumunjska, Slovačka od 3 do 4 radna dana

Belgija, Italija, Latvija, Litva, Nizozemska od 4 do 5 radnih dana

Bugarska, Danska, Francuska, Portugal, Španjolska, Švedska, Velika Britanija od 5 do 6 radnih dana

Nakon narudžbe primit ćete potvrdu narudžbe putem emaila, u roku od nekoliko minuta od potvrde narudžbe. Obavijest da je narudžba poslana GLS-om putem emaila s brojem pošiljke, najčešće u roku 1 radnog dana od potvrde narudžbe (izuzv perioda pretprodaje kad je očekivano vrijeme dostave duže), najavu da Vam pošiljka stiže sutra na adresu, SMS-om od GLS-a ukoliko ste ostavili broj mobitela

Ukoliko je sadržaj pošiljke oštećen ili na bilo koji drugi način ne odgovara kupljenom, kontaktirajte nas putem emaila na letsbe@kava.family bez odgode.

Payment of goods

The costumer has the obligation to pay for the ordered products and the delivery costs to the seller, Square Medium d.o.o. company, using one of the following methods of payment:

Cash on delivery (for Croatia only).
Online banking
Mastercard®, Visa and Maestro® cards.

The Sales-Purchase Agreement shall be deemed concluded upon receipt of payment. If you are making cash payment, you will pay for your order in the exact amount in cash to the courier service employee, upon receipt of ordered goods. The courier offers payment by cash on delivery as a supplementary service which is why it is charged extra.

If you are paying by transfer order, after placing your order you will receive an email with all information necessary for filling in the transfer order (general payment slip). Placement of order is considered as reservation of the desired items and quantities. In the “credit reference number” field make sure you enter your order number (which you received as part of your email order confirmation).
That number serves so that your payment can be linked to your order faster. The usual time for confirmation of transactions between banks is a maximum of 48 hours. Skintegra.hr keeps products reserved for three days. Products are delivered after the amount is transferred to our bank account.

Delivery

With the exception of presale, most products in regular sale are sent within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 1 to 2 business days from the day they are sent to most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller places, packages are delivered according to the GLS time schedule).

In general, received orders are processed the next business day (from Monday to Friday) and sent to the customer (package recipient) within 24 hours. Exceptions are promotional and seasonal periods when due to an increase in the number of orders preparation of packages may exceptionally last longer than 24 hours.

Costs of regular (non-promotional) delivery for Croatia are as follows:

Poland, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg: GLS courier service delivery to home address within 2 to 5 business days
Romania, Italy, Bulgaria, Denmark, Great Britain, Ireland: GLS courier service delivery to home address within 3 to 5 business days
Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Greece, Finland, France: GLS courier service delivery to home address within 3 to 5 business days
Spain, Portugal: GLS courier service delivery to home address within 4 to 6 business days

Transit times depend on courier company, are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

After placing your order you will receive:
an email order confirmation, within several minutes from your order being confirmed, an email notification that your order has been sent via GLS along with the tracking number for your package, usually within 1 business day from the order confirmation (with the exception of presale periods when expected delivery time is longer), if you have given your mobile phone number you will receive an SMS notification from GLS that your package is arriving the next day
You can track the delivery process through GLS Track & Trace or via DHL Tracking.

If the contents of the package are damaged or in any other way deviates from what has been ordered contact us immediately via email at letsbe@kava.family.


All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
