Once we tasted this Ethiopia few months back it surprised us. Pre-shipment sample had a very clean cup with both fruity and floral tasting notes and lingering lasting aftertaste. Strawberry and berries are prominent at first with floral notes taking over in the aftertaste.
We roasted a sample of it once it reached Europe to confirm it's all still there after shipping and we're happy to say that it was worth the wait. This gem works all round and is one of our favourites for sure.
We get 45-55g of espresso from 20g dose within approximately 28sec.
