Yosef strictly follows up on farm management to achieve the best qualities, which he has definitely passed with flying colours! They prune and replace old trees with new coffee plantations, and prepare organic fertilizer from different animal waste and washed coffee pulp.

The Yohanis family is focused on increasing both the quality and quantity of coffee they supply to the international market. They work to expand the coffee business by installing a dry coffee halling machine and a washed coffee processing station. Additionally, they want to start providing services for single farmers like him. Ultimately, receiving a better price for their coffee is also something that they wish to achieve to improve their quality of life. This will allow them to send their children to a better school helping them to pursue their education up to University.

On the farm, Yosef grows Heirloom varieties along with false banana (Enset) and shade trees. Harvest begins in November and it goes until December.
